Broadway Celtic suffered their first defeat since christmas when they were beaten 3-1 by league leaders Conway's who made it 9 wins from 9 as they moved a step closer to the title.
Despite going 2-0 down early on in the game Broadways Dave Carroll gave his team hope of a comeback when he pulled one back before half time .

As Broadway pushed forward in search of an equalizer Conway's were starting to exploit the ever growing gaps in the Broadway defence and they finally made the game safe with a 3rd goal in the 87 minute .

Broadway though have an early chance for revenge when they take on Conway's next week in the semi finals of the Challenge Cup as they aim to reach another final ahead of their Middlesex County Cup Final on 28 March at Northwood FC where they will take on Fulwell City who beat Ruislip Rangers 4-3 on penalties after the game ended 3-3 a.e.t
